We will be running the Hero WOD Murph on Sunday 29th May at 9am (Not the usual Sunday team wod time of 10am).

CrossFit have many, many hero WODS that are named after service personnel who have lost their lives serving their country. This is a great opportunity for us to do a very challenging workout together, not only to remember Michael Murphy, but to remember all who have given their lives for their country. More information about “Murph” is detailed below.
Please don’t look at this workout and not turn up because it looks “too hard”.

2. It is ultimately scalable, like all our workouts, it can be shortened, partitioned and movements changed to suit individual needs.
