Mobility, flexibility, and balance are incredibly important components of health and fitness.
Our Yoga Program covers the fundamentals of yoga practice including foundational postures, breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices.
We cover key movements of the body including standing postures and balances, forward folds, back bends, hip opening and twists. These will build strength, flexibility and a deeper connection between the mind and body.
You don’t have to be flexible to start yoga! You’ll learn the health and wellbeing benefits of a regular yoga practice and just happen to get more flexible in the process!
This is for anyone who wants to build a regular yoga practice, hasn’t practised for a while and is ready to get back to it or wants to revisit fundamentals to enhance their current practice. The movements will be scalable for different levels!
